Rental Conditions

Apartment Casa La Hora · Calle San Pascual, Torrevieja, Spain · Effective from 1 January 2026

1. Parties

Guest: The individual who made the booking (hereinafter "guest").

2. Subject of rental

Apartment Casa La Hora, Calle San Pascual, Torrevieja, Spain. The apartment is fully equipped for up to 4 persons and includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace.

3. Rental prices

Mid Season May, June, September, October €85 5 nights
Low Season November – April €70 5 nights

The price is for the entire apartment, not per person. A one-off cleaning fee of €50 is added to each stay.

5. Deposit

A refundable deposit of €200 serves as security against any damage to the apartment's furnishings and equipment. The deposit will be returned within 3 working days after the guest's departure, provided no damage to the apartment or its contents is found. In the event of damage, the landlord reserves the right to deduct the cost of repair or replacement from the deposit.

6. Check-in and check-out

Key handover takes place in person or via a key box, as agreed.

7. Cancellation policy

Less than 7 days 50% of total stay cost

The security deposit is always refunded in full upon cancellation. The landlord recommends taking out travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.

9. Parking

The apartment has an associated garage parking space approximately 3 minutes' walk away. The parking fee is €5/night (high season) or €4/night (other seasons). Parking must be reserved in advance.

10. Liability

The landlord is not liable for damage to the guest's property or person caused by unforeseeable events (force majeure), theft or failure to comply with the house rules. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by the persons accompanying them in the apartment.
